These terms apply to your use of Pathw.com. They do not replace the terms of an employer, recruitment agency or external application website. Our Privacy and Cookie Policies explain information handling separately.

Job discovery, not an employment offer

Pathw helps you discover advertised jobs and read related guidance. A listing is information about a source advertisement, not an offer of employment by Pathw. We are not the employer or hiring decision-maker merely because a vacancy appears here, and we do not promise an interview, job, visa, sponsorship, salary or outcome.

Applying normally takes you to the identified source website. That service can have its own account requirements, application steps and terms. Read them before submitting information. Browsing Pathw's current job-discovery pages does not require buying an application service from us.

Accuracy, dates and eligibility

We use source feeds and editorial checks, but information can change between observations. A page loading or an Apply button appearing is not independent employer confirmation that a role remains open. Check the source's current status and ask the recruiter about material terms before relying on them.

We distinguish an original source posting date, the date added to Pathw and a Pathw review/research date. Refreshing or importing a listing does not make an old employer advertisement newly posted. An unstated closing date is not an open-ended promise of availability.

A country location or a remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility, permission to work or visa sponsorship. Language proficiency requirements do not by themselves establish nationality. Where a source gives conflicting information, seek clarification rather than assuming the more favourable interpretation.

Career guidance and AI assistance

Pathw Career Insights are editorial context and preparation suggestions, shown separately from the vacancy description. They do not add employer requirements or establish salaries, demand, company claims or hiring status that the evidence does not support.

Some drafting can be AI-assisted and then reviewed. AI can make mistakes; source references and a research date help you assess context but do not guarantee every statement is correct or current. The guidance is general information, not tailored immigration, legal or financial advice.

Responsible use and communications

To report inaccurate, misleading or suspicious content, email hello@pathw.com with its URL and an explanation. We may restrict abusive requests or remove content while investigating a report.

• Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another person's account, disrupt availability or submit malicious code.
• Do not use enquiry forms or contact details for spam, impersonation, harassment or unauthorised marketing.
• Send only information you are entitled to share. Do not send unnecessary identity documents, passwords, payment details or sensitive candidate information to Pathw.
• Do not misrepresent an employer, a vacancy, your identity or your relationship with a company.

Content rights and external services

Pathw's branding, design and original editorial material belong to us or our licensors. Job descriptions, employer names and logos can belong to the relevant employers or source providers. Their appearance does not transfer ownership to Pathw or grant you a blanket right to republish them.

You may use the service for ordinary job research and make personal notes or share links. Wider copying or commercial reuse must respect the applicable rights, source permissions and any lawfully available exceptions.

External links are provided for their stated purpose. A link, listing or company name is not an endorsement, verified partnership or guarantee of the destination's conduct. If a placement is sponsored or carries a commercial relationship, it should be identified as such rather than presented as an independent ranking.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep Pathw useful and available, but access can be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems or other reasons. We can correct, update or withdraw listings or features. Do not rely on Pathw as the only place to check a time-sensitive application deadline.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Responsibility for other losses depends on the circumstances and applicable law; we do not impose a blanket disclaimer of every legal responsibility.

Contact hello@pathw.com about these terms or a concern with the service. Please include enough detail to identify the relevant page and what happened.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections and court rights that apply to you elsewhere. Nothing here removes a consumer's right to rely on applicable mandatory local law or to use a court with jurisdiction under that law.

We may revise the terms as the service changes. The review date identifies the version displayed; material changes apply going forward and do not retrospectively remove rights you already have.
